Inject some red hot glamour into a cool Christmas party with a fire and ice theme. Guests will begin the evening by entering a majestic ice cave, flanked by flame torches and awash with dry ice and dramatic blue up lighters, a spectacle of things to come.
A troupe of Jack Frosts will welcome you to the reception and present guests with a special Icey Flamer cocktail, a delicious mix of Vodka, lime, peppermint and rum.
As guests sip on their cocktail they will be entertained by our unique polar bear, fully life sized. Our complimentary photographer will be on hand to capture your guests as they stroke the Arctic animal!
Guests will be called for dinner and enticed into the main room adorned with beautiful draping and hanging icicles. As you enjoy your delicious three course dinner, tables will be lit with icey vases and naked flame.
After your meal, the fire and ice spectacular begins: Be amazed by the Ice Sculpting artist who will wield his chainsaw to a dramatic music and light show as shards of ice shimmer onto the floor.
The spotlight then turns to our Ice Maidens who will plunge from the heavens on red banners, amazing guests in a 10-15 minute show of music and light.
Snow cannons erupt as the dance floor opens, enticing guests to party the night away at the fire and ice disco.

With its origins dating back to 1617, this setting presents the ideal location for both private celebrations and corporate events, providing a choice of several unique areas, all of which offer the highest levels of furnishings, cuisine and service.
