A set number of bowls will need to chosen from the selection.

Wild rocket, seared yellow peppers, ripe figs & roasted tomatoes with a balsamic glaze

Linguine tossed with chargrilled peppers, boccocini mozzarella and pesto drizzled with olive oil

Festive options

Tender slices of roast turkey with creamed mash potato, bacon wrapped sausage and a rich red wine and cranberry jus

Gnocchi with homemade pesto, pinenuts & sour cream

Baby corn, asian noodles and bok choi tossed with sesame seeds

Pumpkin risotto with deep fried leeks penne tossed with a creamy blue cheese sauce and wilted spinach

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Steamed lemon and polenta with a tangerine compote
