Whether you want cocktails with Turner and Rossetti or dinner under the stars, this exclusive Christmas party gallery venue boasts a contemporary edge with classic works of art on display.  

A private viewing of the collection between galleries 1 - 9 of the Manchester Art Gallery is included, where guests can enjoy the art and sip Champagne on arrival.  

The modern, glazed Atrium provides the ideal setting in which to welcome your guests with champagne and delicious canapés before enjoying a sleek, contemporary three course seated dinner party in the Gallery cafe.

Venue Description

The Manchester Art Gallery re-opened in 2002 after a four year £35m redevelopment. Since then it has won several national awards and developed a reputation as one of the best galleries in the UK.

The modern, glazed Atrium provides the ideal setting in which to welcome your guests with champagne and delicious canapés or to enjoy an exceptional dinner. Theatrical lighting adds to the appeal of our largest and most impressive space.

In contrast the Victorian Entrance Hall with its balcony, richly decorated ceiling and marble floor is perfect setting for more intimate parties. For a sleek, contemporary dinner party the Gallery Café offers blank canvas for a range of themes.
