Starter

Oriental salmon salad presented on vegetable salad with toasted coconut, lemon grass and chilli dressing

Roasted fig, walnut and roquefort tartlet with golden beetroot puree, wild roquette and baby tomatoes

Main course

Turkey, lemon thyme and chestnut roulade wrapped in pancetta, with sautéed onions and sprout tops, honey roast parsnips,carrot puree and roast fondant potato

or

Traditional nut roast rested on butter nut squash and sweet potato ragout with bloody mary sauce and chive vinaigrette

Dessert

Warm sweet mince meat and orange scented blinis drizzled with warm brandy sauce with rum and raisin ice cream

or

Assiette of chocolate, dark chocolate choux bun, white chocolate and doubletree cookie cheesecake and milk chocolate mousse garnished with macerated strawberries and a traditional Irish toffee
