Onion Stuffing, Bacon Crisp, Turkey Jus, Roast Potatoes, Parsnips,
Brussels Sprouts and Baton Carrots

Supreme of Salmon with Spinach, Leek and Fennel, served
with Prawn and Champagne Sauce and Saffron Potatoes

Spinach and Tomato Roulade served with Saffron Potatoes (v)

Chocolate Walnut and Rum Truffle served with Clotted Cream
