Chicken liver and cranberry parfait - petit salad, crispy bread with plum and brandy drizzle.

Roast Turkey breast - festive trimmings, pigs in blanket, honey and mustard roasted root vegetables, roast chateaux potatoes served with a rich redcurrant reduction and cranberry sauce.

Mushroom and Spinach filo bundles - buttered market vegetables, roast potatoes and a basil pesto reduction ( V )
