Creamy red lentil soup tempered with tomatoes, coriander and cumin

Trio of prawns: traditional prawns in Marie Rose; grilled prawns on aioli; and panko-crumbed tiger prawns

Peppered steak on a salad of arugula, radicchio and mango tossed in balsamic dressing

Main Course

Oven-roasted turkey escalopes wrapped in Parma ham, with sage and onion stuffing, gravy and traditional trimmings

Grilled sea bass fillet on warm crushed potato and chive salad, complemented by saffron and tomato broth

Grilled vegetable mille-feuille, gratinated with Pecorino cheese and marinara sauce
