Warm tart of roasted red onions and goat’s cheese - Served with poached figs on a bed of soy and balsamic dressed greens

Chilled feather of honeydew melon (V) - Served with seasonal fruits and berries and laced with mango and malibu coulis

 

Main Course

Traditional roast turkey served with sage and chestnut stuffing, bread sauce, bacon wrapped chipolatas and giblet gravy - Served with thyme infused chateau potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Aumoniere of mixed peppers, aubergine and courgettes (V) - Finished with a rich garlic and rosemary tomato sauce

 

Dessert

Traditional christmas pudding - Served with brandy sauce
