Looking to host a Christmas party for a big crowd on a challenging budget? Yes you can host a spectacular Christmas party in Kingston Upon Thames without breaking the bank. 

Take your pick from a host of stylish themed event rooms, each boasting its own private bar facilities and fantastic music to get the party started.

Guests arrive to your private party space which can exclusively yours for the night, or just a few hours. Enjoy a drink on arrival and spot friends arriving to the bar as the room fills with festive party spirit.

A delicious buffet is served offering guests a variety of food to sample followed by something sweet to finish.

The Hippodrome is one the best known live music and late night entertainments venues in Surrey and plays host to fantastic crowds every weekend. 

With a variety of rooms to choose from and smart VIP areas, there's a space to suit all group sizes and requirements. 

Main room: 1000 CAPACITY
Situated with easy access from the arrival reception, the Main Room boasts three large corer bars around the room, seating areas a-plenty and of course the most important attraction; the dance floor.


VIP (Access via main room): 200 CAPACITY


The Elite room: 500 CAPACITY
Located upstairs is another large room for private hire. The Elite Room offers two bars, one of which is situated next to the dance floor and DJ booth. The second bar has a large seating section for relaxing away from all the action on the dance floor.


Quiet Bar room: 200 CAPACITY
