When entering the room you will feel the fire warm you with our spectacular décor set out. On the other side of the room the entrance into the icy space awaits you with ultra-violet lights and amazing table décor.

Spot friends arriving to this themed Christmas party 2011 and get the party started at the bar.

Three courses of fabulous food are served accompanied by half a bottle of wine, a beer or soft drink per person included with meal.

Smoked mackerel and bramley pate with horseradish cream


Salad of stilton, pear and walnuts with Cumberland dressing


Seasonal melon with brandied Satsuma’s and crispy prosciutto

 


Main course
Traditional roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing, sausages wrapped in bacon, chateau potatoes
and cranberry sauce


Braised lamb shank with mustard mash and rosemary jus


Honey roasted fillet of salmon with crushed new potatoes


Spinach, tallegio and scallion filo bake
with cranberries

Steamed Christmas pudding with brandy sauce


Bailey’s cheesecake with mocha sauce


Rich chocolate and rum truffle with raspberry coulis


Warm treacle tart with apple and calvados compote
