Roasted plum tomato and garlic soup, scented with basil oil (V)

Ripe honey dew melon with tropical fruits, passion fruit syrup (V)


Main Courses:

Pan fried supreme of chicken filled with a mushroom and tarragon mousse, fondant potato, roasted celeriac, grilled asparagus and port wine jus

 

Roasted fillet of salmon, scallion mash, panache of winter vegetables, lemon butter sauce

Red onion and goat’s cheese tart, parmesan roasted new potatoes, salad, and balsamic reduction (V)

Desserts:

Steamed Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Individual chocolate and raspberry terrine with vanilla seed Anglaise


Coffee:

Freshly brewed coffee with mints
