Celebrate the festive season 2011 in style with this fantastic exclusive Christmas party in central London.

Taking place at one of London's top five star hotel, your guests will be treated like VIPs throughout their office Christmas party.

After arriving at this luxurious and sophisticated venue, guests can take in the stunning surroundings and mingle with friends and colleagues during the drinks reception. With Kir Royale, Buck's Fizz and Champagne on offer, your office Christmas party will get off to the best possible start.

To get everyone in fine festive party spirits, guests will then take their seats at tables covered with Christmas crackers and festive novelties to enjoy a delicious three course Christmas dinner. Served with all the trimmings and accompanied by half a bottle of wine per person, everyone will love this sumptuous festive meal.

Once everyone has enjoyed their delicious meal and after-dinner teas, coffees, mince pies and petit fours, it's time to dance! The party DJ will play all your favourite Christmas party hits to keep everyone showing off their best moves on the dancefloor until the early hours.

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is a 5 star luxury hotel ideally situated in central London's West End. Located in the Marylebone area, adjacent to Park Lane, the hotel is just minutes from the exclusive shopping areas of Oxford Street, Soho or Bond Street and England’s renowned landmarks of Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Buckingham Palace. The hotel is also just minutes from Paddington Station where a fast train service takes a mere 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport.

The hotel's 12 function rooms provide the perfect setting for an office Christmas party.

Chartwell Suite

Named after Sir Winston Churchill's famous private home in Kent, the Chartwell Suite is the largest of the hotel's function rooms and can accommodate up to 350 guests, 240 for a seated dinner, 180 for a smaller dinner with a private dance floor or 350 people for a cocktail party. Situated on the ground floor, it is elegantly decorated in traditional style, with beautiful chandeliers, paneled walls and contemporary prints of London.

Library

The Library is ideally suited to smaller events, where the striking architecture enhances the sense of occasion. The room can be used as a reception room prior to an event in the Chartwell Suite, alternatively the room can be used alone accommodating up to 48 guests for an intimate dinner or up to 60 guests for a cocktail reception. The Library provides a highly distinctive venue with a tall, domed ceiling and fine architectural details. Book-shelves are lined with antique literary texts and adjacent walls feature black-and-white photographic portraits of renowned authors. Earthy tones and an open fireplace add a contemporary atmosphere.

Cabinet Suites

The Cabinet Suites I, II and III, the names of which evoke memories of Sir Winston Churchill's many years as a government minister, are a group of three medium-sized, interconnecting rooms also on the ground floor. They feature grey metallic wall covering, striking black-and-white woodland photographs and overhead pendant lighting; providing a space that is both adaptable and elegant. The rooms can be used in any combination, either individually, in pairs or with all three opened into a larger space for up to 180 guests. Cabinet III benefits from natural daylight.
