Roast Breast of Turkey with thyme, orange and honey stuffing, caramelised pumpkin and cranberry gravy, served with roast potatoes and panache of seasonal vegetables

Roast Lamb (halal), with vegetable rosti, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes on the vine and rosemary jus

Chicken supreme (halal) filled with sage and onion stuffing, root vegetables, and chateau potatoes

Seabass, crushed potatoes, fennel, leek and chive cream

Salmon fillet with potato gratin, lemon & parsley sauce

Open Lasagne with roasted tomato, feta and mizithra cheese and spinach, served with rocket and tomato dressing
