Dress to impress and try your luck at the casino at the Christmas party 2011 in Northampton where the ‘Highest Rollers’ earn prizes.

Take your seats in the Collingtree Suite or Seasons Restaurant (see 'Available Dates' section for details) and enjoying a delicious three course meal followed by freshly brewed coffee and mints as a table magician entertains with awe-inspiring trickery.

Following dinner blow the last of your chips on a spin of the wheel at this shared casino party in Collingtree.

Roast plum tomato and garlic soup, scented with basil oil (v).

Ripe honey due melon with tropical fruits and passion fruit syrup (v).

Mains:

Roast turkey breast, herb stuffing, chipolata sausage, brussel sprouts, chantenay carrots, honey roast parsnips, roast potatoes and natural jus.

Roast fillet of salmon, scallion mash, panache of winter vegetables, lemon butter sauce.

Mushroom ravioli in a pesto cream sauce, rocket and parmesan salad. 

Dessert:

Steamed Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Duo of chocolate cheesecake with white chocolate sauce

Freshly brewed coffee and mints.
