Chicken liver parfait with apple and plum chutney and Melba toast

Roast turkey breast with buttered sage and onion stuffing, smoked bacon wrapped Gloucester old spot sausages, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce, roast potatoes and market vegetables

Salmon fillet with shrimp sauce and basil, sea salt new potatoes and market vegetables

Saffron and parmesan risotto cake, wild mushrooms and Rioja ragu with crispy shallots (v)
