Start the evening with a Yuletide tipple and then take your seats for a festive three course buffet.  Sample tasty hors d'oeuvres and tuck into a delicious carvery.  If you make it to dessert, there's Traditional Christmas Pudding or fresh fruit salad to finish the perfect seasonal meal.

Oven baked turkey escalope with a Cumberland and
cranberry farce wrapped in bacon with dauphinoise
potatoes

Swede, parsnip and garlic tatin set on creamy leeks
and pine kernels

All main courses are accompanied with Brussel
sprouts, Vichy carrots and honey roasted parsnips
