Steam roasted breast of turkey accompanied with chestnut stuffing, chipolata sausages, roast gravy and cranberry sauce

Tian of portabella mushroom, spinach and sun blushed tomato, on thyme and parmesan butter sauce (v)

Served with a panache of winter vegetables

Dark chocolate cheesecake with cointreau orange jelly and vanilla ice cream
