Spicy parsnip soup served with ciabatta croutons

Traditional roast turkey with sage and chestnut stuffing,
all traditional trimmings, seasonal vegetables and potatoes, finished with a red wine jus

MSC certified sustainable salmon fillet baked in a lemon, thyme and honey glaze,
