Mesdames and Messieurs, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight. And now we invite you to eat drink and be merry as Hype proudly presents…your Christmas party!
Be our guest and put our service to the test as you enter our petit Paris. We will welcome you with a glass of bubbles - you’re starting to feel the festive joie de vivre, no?
You’ll have carte blanche to enjoy our Parisian Garden overlooking the elegant Eiffel Tower, enjoy a crepe, and immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the French Capital.
Enjoy the crème de la crème of three course haute cuisine stylishly created by Fosters Event Catering. While you feast, be wowed by our cabaret performances – after all, this is France!
And after your meal, join our brilliant DJ under the Arc de Triumphe and dance the night away under a twinkling star-lit Champs Elysee.
But sacre blue! Is that all? Au contraire – you and your friends can amuse yourselves and bring back to Blighty a memory of the night with a photo from our themed photo booth.
Et voila - you’ll always have Paris.

These events are shared parties. Bookings are for a minimum of 8 people so that each group has their own table. A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person (+ VAT) is required to secure your booking. Final balances are due eight weeks before your event.
If you are a private individual you will pay the prices listed under the "Consumer Price" (including VAT) column.All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at time of booking.
If you are a business (VAT registered), you will initially pay the consumer price higher price but will then the company may be able to re-claim the VAT, therefore it is the price listed under the "Business Price" (excluding VAT) column that your company will end up having paid. (*please ask the accounts department to clarify your VAT position).

EXCLUSIVE GROUP PARTY NIGHTS
All shared parties are available as an exclusive party option. If you would like an exclusive office Christmas party in Bath this year, please get in touch. Exclusive Christmas parties are events organised for a single company or client to fit their bespoke requirements. The venue or room within a venue will be entirely for your use. Catering, drinks packages and entertainment can be crafted to give your colleagues a night to remember.
For an exclusive office Christmas party at a venue in Bath, numbers need to be between 200 and 400 guests.

The Pavilions is a charming and iconic venue centrally located in the heart of bath. Built in 1910, this Edwardian period building is a vast and versatile event space perfect for all manner of occasions, from conferences and parties to large weddings. During the festive season The Pavilions is transformed into a magical wonderland.

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE I CAN BOOK FOR?
As we always seat groups on their own tables, the minimum number of people you can book for is 10.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE TABLES?
Tables are 6ft and we seat 8 – 12 comfortably on these tables. On occasions at our discretion, we may put 13 on a table. Generally, groups of 13 and above will be split between tables, although these will, of course, be next to each other.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU?
There is a set menu for each event – please see the menu tab for more information on the menu for Winter Wonderland.
We have designed delicious menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts. We can also cater for Halal meals.
Please note that these alternative meals must be ordered in advance of the party.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?
Please note that should you wish to add guests to your booking, this is subject to our availability. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any deposits already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any final balances are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PARTY?
The initial deposit of £18 per person is due upon booking The rest of the balance for your booking is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of the party.
BUSINESS / CONSUMER PRICE & CLAIMING BACK VAT
All customers pay the Consumer Price to book their party.
If you are a VAT registered business you may be able claim back the VAT through your business like any other business expense, so you end up paying the advertised Business Price.
*if applicable, your accountants will advise you on this and we will not be held responsible for any errors caused.
HOW DO I PRE-ORDER DRINKS?
We have drinks tokens and packages available. These go on sale, via the website in October.
Should your group not wish to pre-order drinks, you can of course use cash and debit/credit cards to pay for drinks at the party.
Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events. However, should you wish to provide some drinks for your group you can pre-order drinks packages, wine by the bottle or drink tokens.
QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR VENUES?
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Our parties are standardly only attended by guests who are over 18 years old. However, if you have a 16 or 17 year old who works with you we may be able to accommodate. Please speak to your event coordinator.
ARE THE VENUES ALL ACCESSIBLE?
All of our venues are accessible to wheelchair users, or with limited mobility. Should any of your guests have such please do call us so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
All of our venues have a complimentary cloakroom for guests, please note that there is no charge and that all items are left at the owner’s risk.
ABOUT THE PARTY NIGHT?
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Each of the guests in your party will receive a physical ticket, which will have the address of the venue on them.
Most of our venues do have car parks adjacent to them, we are not responsible for any parking on the night.
WHAT TIME DO THE PARTIES START?
The parties open at either 7 or 7.30pm, depending on venue and night,
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We have a smart dress code, and as such do not allow guests to wear trainers to our events.
CAN I DRESS UP TO MATCH THE THEME?
You can of course get into the spirit of the party, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.
IS THERE A TABLE PLAN?
When you enter the venue you will see several table plans displayed, which detail which tables have been allocated to your group. We do not set out tables plans or names within groups, however should you wish to compile your own you are welcome to pop name places etc on your tables.
ARE THERE PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN?
We have photographers at all of our venues, you can purchase and take home your photos on the night.
ARE THERE STROBE LIGHTS USED?
Yes, at some of our venues, the disco and entertainment may have bursts of flashing lights.
