Your Christmas party at PRYZM can be anything you want it to be! We can cater for exclusive parties for up to 2400 guests, as well as shared parties in smaller rooms available.

Whether you want a finger buffet, a three-course sit down meal or just drinks and a dance, we've got the party for you.

With state-of-the-art sound and lighting, and that all important dance floor we will make sure your Christmas party is one to remember!

All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you are a business you will initially pay the consumer price (including VAT) and then reclaim the VAT, therefore your company will have only paid the business price in the end.

Please bear in mind that most Fridays & Saturdays will sell out months before Christmas.

Please get in touch with the office with 2 of your chosen dates. We can hold tickets for up to 7 days.

Party Menu

We will accommodate any dietary requirements that we are notified of in advance. Vegetarian main course must be pre-ordered on your final balance date. Menus are subject to change.

A stunning venue situated on the famous Broad Street in the heart of Birmingham, PRYZM is the perfect choice for your Christmas party whatever your budget. With 5 uniquely beautiful rooms, we can cater for exclusive parties for up to 2.400 guests or for groups as small as 80 in our plush VIP lounge. Bespoke packages also available on request.

FAQ

Tables sit between 10-20 guests, if your group size exceeds the maximum we will split your group as evenly as possible and set the tables close together.

The initial deposit is due upon booking with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to your event.

We have a selection of drinks packages available for pre-ordering. You can add these to your event up to 4 weeks before your event. Add them to your trip or ask your event coordinator for more info.

You can also pre-order wine for your table, the list will be available from August onwards.

Minimum age of 18 years to attend our parties.

Props to suit the theme are encouraged.

Dad dancing will be encouraged.

This venue has an unmanned cloakroom for guests.

We can cater for almost all dietary requirement including Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered at least 6 weeks before your party.

We are unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for us to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and we will cook this in our ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however, neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.

Should any of your guests require wheelchair access please call us on 01273 856001 so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.
