The Aintree Racecourse Christmas party is located in the North East region of the UK on the outer regions of Liverpool. The grand event space plays host to a variety of shows and conferences throughout the year, including the world Equestrian race. Come Christmas the centre is transformed into a spectacular bustling city full of gambling dens, yellow cabs and stunning performers. Every year our events crew transform the showground into a unique event space with a new theme and entertainment.

Directions
From North leave M6 at J26 and join M58, follow signs for Aintree Racecourse, which is located on the A59, one mile from the M57 and M58.
From Mersey Tunnels follow signs for Preston, then for A59, then follow signs for Aintree Racecourse.

Free Parking at the Showground.
FAQ
Tables sit between 8-12 guests, if your group exceed the maximum we will split your group as evenly as possible and set the tables close together.
The initial deposit of £10 is due upon booking with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to your event.
We have a selection of drinks packages available for pre-ordering.
You can also pre-order wine to your table, the list will be available from August onwards.
Minimum age of 18 years to attend our parties.
We have a strict dress code, no guests are permitted to wear jeans or trainers. Not even smart ones.
Dad dancing to be kept to a minimum.
This venues has a complimentary cloakroom for guests.
We can cater for almost all dietary requirements, please speak to your event manager about these.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the venue with the exception of the separate smoking area.
