Winterville Street Feast

Winterville, the ultimate Christmas experience is taking place on Clapham Common for five weeks of festive cheer, from 15 November to 23 December for incredible food and drink, live performances and unmissable entertainment.
Winterville is available for corporate hire, from a private tent for 50 people to a large-scale hire for more than 4,000 which includes private food traders, activities and more, Winterville provides an unforgettable setting for Christmas parties big or small.
Unlike any other location, Winterville offers a unique twist on the traditional Christmas party, offering casual street-food dining with Street Feast's biggest trader line up.

There's multiple winter watering holes including an American Whiskey Bar, a Wine Bar, a Craft Brew Camp, a cosy Christmas Lodge and lots more - get in the festive spirit with a round of Frozen Pumpkin Spiced Rum or warm up with a Hot Buttered Bourbon.

What is a Christmas party without entertainment? A line-up of amazing activities will be available to add to bookings and includes Plonk Golf, an ice rink, fairground rides, Roller Disco and a Spiegeltent tent with cabaret and performances.

Take to your seats in our Richly Furnished and Stunningly Glamorous dining room. Enjoy a superb Four Course Dinner as the Resident Band perform and stand by for exhilarating bursts of Entertainment from our Spectacular Troop of Acrobats and Aerialists. After dinner, head to the illicit Gambling Den and try your luck at Roulette and Blackjack, jump on our famous Dodgems or simply dance the night away!!

If you are interested in hiring this venue for an exclusive Christmas party please submit an enquiry or call us on 0203 967 69 67.

All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you are a business you will initially pay the consumer price (inclusing VAT) and then reclaim the VAT, therefore your company will have only paid the business price in the end.

Please bear in mind that most Fridays & Saturdays will sell out months before Christmas.

Please get in touch with the office with 2 of your chosen dates. We can hold tickets for up to 7 days.

We will accommodate any dietary requirements that we are notified of in advance. Vegetarian main course must be pre-ordered on your final balance date. Menus are due to change.

Venue Exclusive to include your own private activities & food traders: 450 - 4000 plus available to hire Tuesday & Wednesdays

FAQ

Tables sit between 10-20 guests, if your group size exceeds the maximum we will split your group as evenly as possible and set the tables close together.

The initial deposit is due upon booking with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to your event.

We have a selection of drinks packages available for pre-ordering. You can add these to your event up to 4 weeks before your event. Add them to your trip or ask your event coordinator for more info.

You can also pre-order wine for your table, the list will be available from August onwards.

Minimum age of 18 years to attend our parties.

Props to suit the theme are encouraged.

Dad dancing will be encouraged.

This venue has an unmanned cloakroom for guests.

We can cater for almost all dietary requirement including Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered at least 6 weeks before your party.

We are unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for us to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and we will cook this in our ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however, neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.

Should any of your guests require wheelchair access please call us on 01273 856001 so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.
