Is there a deposit required?

£10 non-refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. The full balance is required 2 weeks before your event along with your food pre-order.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Our team of professional chefs cater for all dietary requirements. Please notify your coordinator at the time of booking and they can assist you further.

Can we pre-order drinks for our table?

Absolutely, our Events Team will send to you a drinks pre-order form ready for you to add any drinks to your tables.

What time do events run from and until?

Arrival from 6.30pm. Dinner to be served at 7.30pm. Carriages at 1am.

Is there parking at the hotel?

We don’t have our own car park however there are lots of car parking facilities close by Please note that the car park on Charles Street is locked from 11pm and may limit exit after your event. Please check car park directly for times and costing.
