Welcome to the glitziest party in town!
It’s time to dazzle in your best Christmas finery as you arrive at the Bloomsbury Big Top and have your breath taken away by the Cirque Lumiere for a night of neon and glamour as you enter the sparkling starlit venue.
Enjoy a glass of fizz in the Cirque Lumiere salon during the welcome reception and take in the colourful sights of the Gran Big Top main room.

Frequently Asked Questions
Subject to availability, you can add extra guests to your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your event. Please note, availability changes constantly and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You can of course get into the spirit of the party, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.
We do try to avoid doing this as it is a shared party, but if you need to then please make your booking manager aware before the event date. We do not allow early access to the venue so any items to
be placed on tables must be done so during the drinks reception. Please note that only 1 person will be allowed into the main dining space.
No- sorry deposits are non-refundable and can not be used towards the balance of other guests or drinks.
We have designed delicious menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.
We can also cater for Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered.
Please note that these alternative menus are set and must be ordered in advance of the party, you will the receive the full chosen menu. We unfortunately cannot mix and match courses from each menu.
Please note that we are not unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for us to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and we will cook this in our ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.
Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking provided at any of our venues. NCP parks and on street parking may be available nearby but cannot be guaranteed.
Absolutely - we are now a cashless venue so only credit/debit cards or pre-purchased tokens will be accepted.
On arrival, we carry out ticket and ID checks and random bag searches are carried out by our security team. Please have your ticket ready.
100% we aim to ensure everyone can enjoy our events so our venue has disabled access.
We ask all guests to come dressed smart - this is a Christmas party and guests should dress to impress. Guests are NOT allowed to wear sportswear. Yes, we
provide a complimentary cloakroom. However due to the number of guests at each event, we ask guests not to bring large bags, bikes and newspapers. Large items may be turned away.
The initial deposit is due to confirm your booking.
The rest of the balance for your booking is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of the party.
The booking can be paid over the phone on 0203 9676967 with a debit or credit card or you can make an enquiry and pay through your online account. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please request an invoice.
When you enter the venue you will see several table plans displayed around the bar area, which detail which tables have been allocated to your group.
We have several drinks packages available, please ask for more information.
In addition to drinks packages, you can also pre-order wine and water by the bottle.
Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events.
