Step through a private entrance adorned with snow-dusted trees and twinkling festoon lights, where our bellhops lead you into a lobby brimming with the grandeur of New York’s finest hotels.
Shake off the snow and step into the warmth of Manhattan, with vibrant New York street scenes featuring everything from subway stations and graffiti art to the glamour of Broadway and Central Park. Enjoy a range of New York-style bars, from classic Irish pubs to chic cocktail lounges, serving up iconic drinks like Manhattans and Cosmopolitans.
As the curtains rise, dinner is served under a canopy of stars in a dining room sparkling with cabaret lamps and velvet accents. Indulge in a three-course feast prepared by our in-house award winning caterers, while electrifying Broadway-style performances and stunning aerial acts captivate your senses.
When dinner ends, the live band takes the stage, followed by DJs spinning hits to keep the energy high, with dodgems and a casino offering the perfect after-dinner entertainment.

Also included is a high-end production specification, including a stage, screens, intelligent sound and lighting and a dance floor if required, providing you with a turnkey solution for your event.
With pre-installed theming and production already in place, this allows you valuable time to rehearse and prepare for your event. We also offer the ability to upgrade your event to include fully designed and choreographed entertainment to complement the theme perfectly. Evolution London provides a flexible venue where anything is possible, all within an exclusive location in Battersea Park.

Parking is available to the public in Battersea Park, approximately a 2 minute walk from the venue entrance.
Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events, however should you wish to provide some drinks for your group you can pre-order drinks packages or wine by the bottle.
Subject to availability, you can add extra guests to your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your event. Please note, availability changes constantly and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You can of course get into the spirit of the party, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.
We have designed delicious menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.
We can also cater for Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered.
Please note that these alternative menus are set and must be ordered in advance of the party, you will the receive the full chosen menu. We unfortunately cannot mix and match courses from each menu.
Please note that we are not unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for us to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and we will cook this in our ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.
This venue is accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Should any of your guests have such please do call us so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.
Please note that some of our venues have a raised dance floor, which are only accessible steps.
Our bars accept card payments, pre-paid wristbands, and pre-paid tokens as form of payments. They do not accept cash.
There is an additional bar for your use if you have wristbands or tokens and the time spent at the bar is greatly reduced due to using this pre-paid payment methods.
Unfortunately we cannot accept Amex payments
On arrival, we carry out ticket and ID checks and random bag searches are carried out by our security team. Please have your ticket ready.
The initial deposit is due to confirm your booking.
The rest of the balance for your booking is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of the party.
The booking can be paid over the phone on 0203 9676967 with a debit or credit card or you can make an enquiry and pay through your online account. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please request an invoice.
