We’re opening a tender process for the application to build a new website, CRM and eCommerce booking system.
The new systems will offer extensive functionality with a range of partner and user features, enhancing the ability to view and book Christmas Parties online.

Interested parties should first complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form below (closing date for receipt of completed EOI forms: Tuesday 28th July 2020).

On receipt of a satisfactorily completed EOI form, we will send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement to complete followed by a Business Requirements Specification and full details of the application and selection process.

Please note that award of this project is dependent on the receipt of grant funding and this tender process will follow the National Guidance set out in the ESIF National Procurement Requirements (ESIF-GN-1-001).

All tenders should be quoted in Pounds Sterling, with invoicing and payment also to be made in Pounds Sterling.

Budget: £140,000-£160,000 (excluding VAT)
Timescale: 7-10 months
Closing date for completed tender applications: Friday 14th August 2020
Successful supplier notified: Friday 21st August 2020
Subject to confirmation of grant funding, development is scheduled to commence in September 2020 with launch of the new platform scheduled for May 2021. Please do not apply if you do not have the capacity to deliver to these timescales.

Have you built large scale technical multi functioning websites before?
Have you built propriety CRM and eCommerce booking systems before?
Have you integrated multiple API functions before?
Our base preferred technologies are Python and Django, have you built with these technologies before?
Do you have Professional Indemnity insurance (or equivalent) for at least GBP 1 million?
If you are invited to tender, we will require two references from previous clients where you have completed projects of a similar size and nature. Can you provide two references?
